Shahi aaloo gobhi is a vegetable dish served with chapati or naan. It is generally made in orange gravy but for a change if you wish you can try it in white and green gravy too. I am providing the link to all different gravies in the recipe. Enjoy!!
Potatoes 1 cup (cut in small-medium size)
Cauliflower 1 cup (cut in medium size florets)
1. Deep fry or Stir fry Potatoes and Cauliflower separately in oil till they are done.
2. Add them to any gravy of your choice (White gravy / Green gravy/ Orange Gravy)

3. And enjoy different varieties of aaloo gobhi .
If you want to avoid fat then you can boil or steam vegetables before adding to the gravy. I use my Air Fryer for air frying my vegetables.
