Matar mushroom is a semi dry delicious vegetable dish made with peas and mushrooms. It is served with chapatis, naan and parathas and also goes well with rice too. Mushroom 1 cup (sliced)
Peas(matar) 1 cup (Fresh/Frozen)
1. Shallow fry / stir fry Mushrooms and Peas separately in oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add them to any gravy of your choice (White gravy / Green gravy/ Orange Gravy)
