The diet plan

Obesity is killing self confidence in lots of people. The main reason is your lifestyle and your eating habits. As most of the people are working nowadays, they prefer to eat outside. Even the school going kids intake lots of MSG and flavour enhancers on daily basis. Eating out can be an easy way out for working couples/people but its surely gonna hurt you in long run.  Health and fitness should always be your priority because health is wealth!! Try to follow this diet plan for 2 months and you will be amazed with the results.

Breakfast Lunch Snacks Dinner
Day 1 1 bowl Oatmeal,
Green tea
1 bowl lentil soup,
1 chapati,
1 plate salad
1 bowl
Sprouted
green moong,
Green tea
1 bowl Kidney beans,
1 cup boiled rice,
1 cup boiled/steamed corns.
Day 2 1 Glass skim milk,
1 Orange,
Green tea
Veg daliya
(broken wheat)
or
Veg upma
1 Apple,
Green tea
Boiled Spinach Soup
1 cup boiled rice,
1 plate salad,
Day 3 1 Sandwich,
1 Pear,
Green Tea
Boiled beans,
Low fat yoghurt,
1 Chapati
1 bowl
boiled chana/
black chickpea,
Green tea
1 bowl lentil soup,
1 cup boiled rice,
1 boiled potato,
Day 4 1 banana,
1 bread
Green tea
1 bowl lentil soup,
1 Chapati
1 cup tomato soup
Boiled peas,
Green tea
Kidney beans soup,
1 cup boiled rice,
1/2 cup tofu
Day 5 1 bowl oatmeal,
Green tea
Watermelon Boiled corns,
Green tea
Low fat yoghurt,
1 cup boiled rice,
1 plate salad,
Day 6 Cornflakes
with skim milk,
Green tea
1 apple,
Tofu sandwich,
sprouted salad
Grapes,
Green tea
1 bowl lentil soup
1 cup boiled rice,
grilled tofu,
Day 7 Poha,
Green tea
Low fat Yoghurt,
Boiled bottle gourd,
1 Chapati
Tomato-Cucumber
salad,
Green tea
Spinach soup,
1 cup boiled rice,
boiled whole-
green moong

Important :

  1. Try to make Lentil soup (Dal) in 1 tsp extra light olive oil.
  2. You can also include Fresh homemade fruit juices in the diet plan.
  3. Try to limit the intake of sugar and salt. 
  4. Must drink 10 glasses of water in a day.
  5. It is must to do Pranayams(breathing exercise) and exercises like treadmill or brisk walking for 30 minutes daily.
