Protein Pancake

Lets learn to make pancake in indian style 😉

dal PancakeIngredients

For Pancake :

Moong dal      1 cup (soaked for 3-4 hours)

Yoghurt          3 Tbsp (Fresh and Thick)

Green chilli     2-3

Asafetida        pinch

Salt                  as per taste

For stuffing : cut 1 Onion, 1 Tomato and few coriander leaves. Mix and keep aside.

Method :

  1. Grind all the ingredients listed for pancake.
  2. Heat a pan.
  3. Apply some oil on the pan.
  4. Spread the batter like pancakes.
  5. Put some onion-tomato stuffing on top.
  6. Toast on both the sides.
  7. Serve pancake with chutney.
